Head office moves for The BuzzPart of the Ochre House group, The Buzz — retail, leisure and hospitality recruiter — has opened a division to specialise in head office appointments. The company, which has traditionally focused on 'front-line' roles in these sectors, will now also cover all support and technical disciplines, including HR, marketing, finance, IT, legal, buying and merchandising. Steve Clabby, who will be heading up the new division, said: "The establishment of the division is part of our move from being a traditional recruitment consultancy to a strategic resourcing partner."
Blue Arrow drive in NorthamptonBlue Arrow Driving, the national driving recruitment agency, has opened a new branch in Northampton. Jeff Maslin has been appointed to manage the branch.
Audit board for graduatesCareersinAudit.com, the job board and industry resource for audit professionals, has launched a new website aimed at graduates who are interested in accountancy roles in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. The new site, GradsinAudit.com, also features company profiles, articles, case studies, and interview tips and advice. Max Williamson, director of CareersinAudit.com, said: "It was a natural progression to build on the success of our existing website. We've had an increase in demand to list graduate jobs, as well as seeing a need for careers advice."
More space for BrightworkScottish multi-sector recruiter, Brightwork, has increased its office space in all three of its branches to accommodate its growing workforce. The recruiter has moved from its Leith base across to larger premises in Edinburgh's West End. It has also rented more space in Glasgow and moved into new offices in Aberdeen. The changes became necessary after Brightwork experienced rapid expansion and growth over the past 12 months, which has seen its employee numbers increase by 33% to 35.
